Well we had a great christmas and new years, we spent new years with my brother, Mike, and his family in chicago. It was so cold there it almost seemed warm coming back here?!?!? We got some good news while in Chicago.....HAWAII here we come. We will be transferring to Hawaii, the island of Oahu this summer. Wade has a board test to take so the kids and I will be spending our summer out west with the kids and family there. Adam will be graduating college in June and then Morgan and Adam will be getting sealed in the San Diego Temple in June, and Abbee will be getting baptized in June and then in our spare time we will visit disneyland and all the other theme parks. We will also visit Utah and Nevada. Sometime in August we will make the trek to Hawaii for three years. I can't say I will miss the snow or the weather here. The kids and I will naturally miss the friends we have made, but look forward to a new adventure.

We are in a holding pattern here in Maryland. We have just put in our "wish list" for where we want to move, as we are scheduled to transfer in June. Our main goal is to get closer to the kids, with one in California, one in Nevada, and one in Seattle. We may have to go overseas for a few years but that will be the quickest way to get us back to the west coast.
Adam will be graduating from college in June and we will be flying out for that. Hopefully at the same time Morgan and he will be getting sealed in the temple, Morgan was baptised this past May. Also we will try to baptise Abbee on the same trip. It will be a whirlwind, as our trips tend to be. Not as difficult now, six kids seems much smaller to travel with, except now it is so many small ones and only one big one to help. The balance in our house has definitely shifted to small over big.
Ronnie is a patrolman now and Aimee is currently teaching second grade. They have had their nephew living with them, Blake, who is 3 for the last 6 months. Not sure what is happening with that but it appears the birth father is wanting to take custody. It is breaking our hearts to lose the little guy but we keep trying to believe that it is in his best interest. We will have to see.
Aaron is doing awesome. All the kids at home are awesome, we are truly blessed to have such amazing children from start to finish, and yes I mean finish.

So here I am new to blogging and seeing if maybe I can use this as a sort of journal that I am better at than writing.
It is the day before valentines day and we just returned home from a fun filled afternoon of valentine parties.
As I begin this endeavor Adam and Morgan are living in Murrieta, California. Morgan works at Perris High School, teaching English, and Adam is enrolled full time at UCLA. He works tutoring one night a week and on weekends. Aimee and Ronnie are in Fallon, Nevada. Ronnie is a patrolman and Aimee is working as a special ed Kindergarten teacher. Aaron is majoring in Biology at Montgomery CC. He will be putting his mission papers in in just a few weeks. Aubree attends Quince Orchard HS and is on the flag team. Allee and Abbee and Aiden and Austin all attend Thurgood Marshall ES. Allee in 3rd, Abbee in 1st, Aiden and Austin in pre-k. Avaree is 6 months. Wade is half-way through his anesthesia residency.
Living on the eastcoast so far from family is tough, our goal is to get back to the west.

Adam's Home
What fun it was to have Adam home again after two long years. We had Aimee here as well as Morgan, Adams girlfriend. The only one missing was Aimee's husband, Ronnie. We toured New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and even Gettysburg in a week and a half, we were all exhausted. Aimee is back in Fallon and now Adam is back to California to UCLA. Aimee is finishing up her college, while subbing pretty much full time, and will graduate in May. Aaron started Montgomery College and is loving it. Aubree is still playing cello and piano, and her new found passion of writing poems is really taking off. Allee is playing piano now and loves second grade. Abbee FINALLY adjusted to kindergarten and has decided she likes school. Aiden is riding his bike without training wheels, 3 1/2 who would have guessed. Austin is still just cute as can be. Wade loves anesthesia and we are loving Maryland, just missing our friends and family who are so far away now.
